4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, identity verification or other security checks may occasionally require additional time.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is processed:

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• One account is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash — they may only be used for placing bets.
• To earn the bonus, bets must be placed only on platform-approved games.
• Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

6.1 Betting Limits

6.4 Disconnection

7.3 Other Prohibited Activities

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
